Coral or dwarf Hawkfish
(Cirrhitichthys falco)

The coral hawkfish spends most of its time resting on substrate supported using its pectoral fins for balance, waiting for small invertebrates or other fishes (to eat, not to play with). 

The maximum length is 65 mm.
